Pender Island Short Film Festival

A film festival that showcases the works of filmmakers from the Southern Gulf Islands and beyond. It provides an outlet for short-form narratives of all genres, from documentary to animation. The event features filmmakers of all ages, abilities and locations – from professionally produced projects to new creators – it is one of the most anticipated gatherings of the year.
PIsff RETURNS on November 14th, 2026! Submissions will open in the summer of 2026.
Films must be less than 15 minutes in length. Questions and submissions can be sent to penderfilmfest(at)gmail.com.
