Covid-19:
We are continually monitoring the current health guidelines from the BC government and adjusting our programs accordingly in order to make our programs as safe as possible for the community.
Program Subsidies:
We offer subsidies for most of our programs. There is no formal application process, but please reach out to us if you are in need of financial assistance.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds will be given if a workshop or event is cancelled or rescheduled by Ptarmigan Arts.
A full refund will be given for all cancellations occurring more than two weeks before the start of the workshop, or one week before an event.
No refunds will be given for cancellations less than two weeks before the workshop or one week before the event starts and thereafter.
Exceptions for medical or compassionate reasons may be considered upon request.
